2nd Change of Heart: Church

This is just some random post (I just wanted to document all things that happened).

I am really decided to have a church wedding in Tagaytay. The first 8 months of planning, I am really decided which church I wanted to get married. And yes, you guess it right, Caleruega Church.

I think most (if not everyone) really wanted to be married in this church, Beautiful Exterior and Interior plus the church is not that big. I really cried when I have to let this go.. Tagaytay wedding will mean additional expenses for us so we have to change our plans.

When we decided to do a Manila wedding, only one church came to my mind that is

Immaculate Conception Cathedral in Cubao. The church I had my first communion and the church that is really close to my heart because I studied in this school during my grade school days..

I did not realize how pretty the church is until we personally visit the church. So much has changed, before the church was so simple but now it's grand. This is love at first sight for me. This made me change my mind and stick to Manila wedding. (though I still wanted to get married in Caleruega). 

Eventually, I became happy with our 2nd loved church. with blue carpet and pretty ceiling I know this is our "this is it" church. (^_^)

1st Change of Heart: The Date

More than a year of planning and being the prickle-minded me I know there will be a number of changes of hearts and this one is the first of them..

Choosing the date is so hard.. We first wanted 12.13.14, reason the date is cute.. duh! This is a hot date and December is a peak month  and the date do not have significance to us so off in our list. On to our search for a good date that falls on a Saturday and do have a significance to us. (this is really hard)

and then, we now have a date finally...

May = Nana's Birth Month, 24 = My Birthdate cutie right?

We already booked our P/V, Designer, HMUA, OTD and Cake for that date. February 2013, we had a heart-to-heart talk and due to some unexpected circumstances we need to move our date and we have to think fast because our booked suppliers might not be available on our new date. so, the search for another date is on again... Luckily, we found another significant date for us and a Saturday.

November = My Birth Month, 8 = Ernie's Birth date (yes, this is cutie also)

Since number 8 is really significant to us (May 8 is our anniversary ) we decided to stick to this date. Our wedding will be on November 08, 2014 ( our 90th monthsarry).. This is really a cutie...
