A Busy June Month

Okay since June is "wedding month" time for me to get myself busy on my wedding preps. I am super excited because we are scheduled to quite a number of wedding preps events.

June 8 - there is a bridal fair in PICC but because this is our monthsarry *giggles* we decided not to go because this is our day together. By not going I am so envy with my other sissies mini EB and picture (see below) but at least Me and Nana enjoyed our day together(okay, I am just cheering myself) there is another bridal fair on the 22nd (^_^)

June 9 (Today) -We are suppose to go out again (part 2 of our date) but since I do have a lot of pending blog entry to make, we decided to just stay at home. Nana woke me up with breakfast on the table *sweet* had breakfast together and will be spending the day watching TV while I do my blogging, researching on suppliers, GT and YG (multi-tasking skills)

June 15 - We will be having a mini EB with Nat & Mox and Marifel & H2b (sorry sis forgot the name of your h2b) here is what will happen on this day.

Morning - we will be having a food tasting with Juan Carlo - This is actually off in my list already because my OTD (yes, I have an OTD already & I am unable to do blogpost- that shows how many backlogs I have) said that he do not like this caterer but for the benefit of tasting their food and for the free lunch (I've learned this from Nat) then we will go.

I wonder why this is the "caterer of the stars". Let's see if this will pass my taste buds.

Afternoon - This is still tentative but will schedule to meet Ms. Lorraine of The Unique Bouquet. Sis May introduce me to this FB page who does Brooch Bouquet(the non-traditional me will be holding a brooch bouquet on my wedding rather than traditional flowers). The first time I liked the FB page I already fell in love with it's profile picture and I want that same bouquet. Picture below from their FB page.

Dinner - Another food tasting with Nat & Mox and Marifel & H2b, but this time with one of our shortlisted caterer. Purple Dish

A quick background: I have been exchanging emails with chef around January and the super kind-hearted chef V, even offered us the same discount (20%) that he gave on the Grand food tasting even if we are not able to attend, but since I am still thinking that I can still get my first love caterer, I decided not to book PD.

Going back, I am excited to taste the food and the most sought after desserts (I am hearing raves about the desserts). Chef V even posted on his FB page some food to expect and this one is my favorite (Shrimps are my weakness)

At this point, I am giving Nana the freedom to decide on who to get as our caterer (but the food choices will be mine). 

June 16 - My much awaited Cake Tasting with Chef Kiko, Will finally meet Chef and will finally taste the most sought after Red Velvet and Moist chocolate cake. I am again super excited to know the cake choices, for sure I will not have a hard time choosing my cake flavors (cakes are my forte) unless, all flavors are really good then Chef will give me a headache.

June 20 - We will be having our 2nd food tasting with KbyC (blogpost of our 1st food tasting on separate post-and yes it is overdue). After this 2nd FT we will finally decide on whom to get because we are pencil-booked only until June 22. Hope we can really decide after this.

June 22 - A happy day.. We will not only attend the Grandest mid-year bridal fair but this will also be some sort of mini EB for my other w@wie sisters. I am excited to meet the faces behind the names personally (^_^). This is in preparation for our grand EB in July.

Busy right? I still have other spare days.. Hmm.. thinking of what to do.. (^_^)
