Another decision that gave me headache is to choose whom to get as OTD (on the day coordinator). Our budget is limited to mid-range OTD only but we have to make sure that quality is not sacrificed. There are numbers of good OTDs on that range, I kept on reading good and bad feedback so my list is down to 5, then after further research It's down to 3.
So what made me choose my booked OTD? (yes, I decided on this)
OTD#1 - They are nice and replies promptly but one factor that I did not get them is because of one bad review that no one is assigned to look after the groom during preps.
OTD#2 - My Photog suggested this, They are actually good and I haven't read any bad feedback but I am kindda intimidated by the contact person (it's just me) and It seems that we will not click though I never tried to contact her.
Sometime in January I decided to meet Thoffy at Starbucks Trinoma (If I only knew he is from Novaliches area, I should have met him at SB Technohub instead). Before meeting Thoffy I already knew that I liked him and I am decided to get him as our OTD.
Prior to meeting Thoffy, I researched on YG on the possible questions to ask since this will be the first time I am meeting a coordinator I even wrote some questions on my little notebook but come our meeting I am unable to ask any of the questions we just keep on chit-chating with each other regarding weddings stuffs and other things (It seems that i am just talking to a long-lost friend). I signed the contract right there and then- that is how much I trust Thoffy and his team. I do not need to know how good he is in his previous events, i just wanted to "feel" that he will be the best in my big day and gladly I felt it. I love Thoffy to bits also (I wished nana is with us for sure he will also like Thoffy)
And since I got Events by Thoffy, why stress myself in looking for an emcee if Thoffy himself can do it for us? for a minimal amount addition to our contract I can have an emcee.
He is lively and super funny, so you now know what to expect on our big day. This is going to be a day full of laughters and you will surely enjoy this day with Thoffy's help of course..
